From Winter to spring...

Winter is here with Spring quickly approaching. Summer and Fall went way too fast. I guess we were having way too much fun exploring and learning. Check out some of the exciting things we have learned about this year so far.

As part of our daily activities, we continue to work on letter and number recognition. We continue with our spanish colors, numbers, and basic words. The kids had a blast at the Campfire day. They learned how to be safe when it comes to fire. They also learned that sometimes firefighters do a controled burn to prevent large destructive fires. We learned about all the protective gear the firefighters wear to stay safe.

Don't forget to check out the calendar for closures and special events coming up.

Let's give an RLE welcome to Remi. Remi is Orin's little sister. She is 5 months old and she's already coming into her own here at RLE. We are so excited to be able to be a part of her fun learning journey and watch her grow, develop, and become her own little person.

S.T.E.M.

With just a little baking soda, vinegar, and some colored shaving cream for a bigger effect, they created the most fun volcano ever.

ART

Mixing colors to create new colors, , using different mediums and tools to see their results, creating individuality and artistry.

COOKING

We made pizza! They mixed their ingredients, rolled their dough, then added sauce & toppings, They watched it turned into a yummy lunch..

Kinder Prep

Do not underestimate the power of play. Being ready for Kinder is more than just knowing your letters and numbers. Your child has to be socio-emotionally ready too. So when you see the kiddos playing, they are learning to be good friends, have empathy, to compromise, gaining independence, self- regulation skills and more.
